Bondi Junction
Tapexc Civil completed the upgrading of a 400amp supply to an 800amp supply, 200m of 185 Cu1 cable, 1 x LV STJ and 1 x UG disconnection link box at Hegarty Lane. High rise building residents were happy with the outcome of planned outages.
Concord Hospital
Tapexc Civil was engaged by a Level 1 ASP to complete the installation of 2 x HVC substations in a live hospital environment. Completed all on time and within budget.
Merrylands
Our team was contracted to complete a supply and installation of a 315kVA substation, the removal of overhead mains and construction of 3 x HV UGOH’s.
Russell Vale
On this job we completed a 16 x lot URD subdivision, connection of electrical and NBN networks with installation of street lights, service pillars, pits and 1 x 315kVA substation.
Scotland Island to Pittwater
This was a job our guys really enjoyed. We assisted in the submarine cable installation from Scotland Island to Pittwater. We experienced a few challenges with heavy rain & logistics. Having to barge & ferry machinery & our staff across the waterway, all made for an operation out of the ordinary.
Menangle Park
Tapexc Civil was engaged by a Level 1 ASP for the 66kV cable installation from Transgrid BSP. We installed 3 x runs of 2160mtrs of 66kV 630mm² cable. All cable pulling tensions were monitored & recorded using our 6.5T Capstan Winch – Menangle Park Zone Substation.
Darlinghurst
Darlinghurst to Campbell Street 11kV feeders – installation of 2,500m of 300mm2 triplex cable. 250m of conduit installation with thermal stable bedding around the conduits throughout the streets of Surry Hills and Darlinghurst.
MARSDEN PARK
On this project we installed 2700m of 132kV ducts along with the construction of 4 x 132kV joint bays & link boxes. Completed all on time and within budget for one of our Level 1 ASP clients.
Parramatta Square
Parramatta Square 11kV feeder cables. Installation of over 2000m of 11kV 300mm² copper cable throughout the CBD of Parramatta & into Parramatta Zone substation. We used our specialised equipment to pull/push copper cable up four storeys into switching room.
All works were constructed during nights due to high volumes of vehicle/pedestrian traffic. This job was completed for one of our Level 1 ASP clients.
Kemps Creek
Installation of 3 substations, 2 switching stations and over 1km of 11kV copper cable. These works were constructed for one of our Level 1 ASP clients.
Edmonson Park
Camden Valley Way 33kV road crossing conduits. These works were constructed at night due to the high traffic on Camden Valley Way. 40mm road plates used & recessed into roadway as per RMS specifications. We carried out these works for one of our Level 1 ASP clients.
